Location services was a problem at first

The location services did not work in Venice at first. I have an iPad without cellular. It worked well through most of Croatia but not Venice. Then after a couple of hours it began to work. Amazing. Go figure. Its a great app. As another reviewer stated, dont do Venice without it.
